Funnel Consultancy

Your funnel exists.
It's just not working.

Let's build the buyer journey that turns the right people into paying clients — without you chasing, convincing, or crossing your fingers.

Work With Me

You've got pieces in place. A website. Some content. Maybe a freebie. Possibly an email list that barely hears from you.

But none of it is pulling in the right direction at the same time.

And so every month, you're back to square one — manually generating every single enquiry.

Sound familiar?

You've tried to fix it. More than once.

What you actually want:

A great offer without a great funnel is just a well-kept secret.
That's what we're here to fix.

What we build together:

Every engagement is custom — but here's what a full funnel build typically includes.

01

Funnel Strategy & Architecture

Before we touch a single page or write a single email, we map the full buyer journey. Where does your ideal client start? What do they need to believe before they buy? What's the shortest, clearest path from stranger to signed client? This is the foundation everything else is built on.

02

Conversion Copywriting

Your landing pages, opt-in pages, sales pages, and email sequences — written in your voice, built around your offer, and structured to move people forward at every stage. No generic templates. No copy that sounds like it came from someone who's never spoken to your clients.

03

Email Nurture Sequence

A strategic sequence that builds trust, handles objections, and makes the case for your offer — automatically, between the moment someone opts in and the moment they're ready to buy. Your list starts working for you instead of sitting there.

04

Tech Setup & Integration

MailerLite, your landing page, your payment link — all connected and tested so the right thing happens at every step. No broken links, no missed follow-ups, no leads falling through the cracks.

Katy Prodromou

But, hey… who am I?

I'm Katy, and I build revenue funnels for service providers who are done leaving money on the table.

Over the past 5 years I've worked with service providers who had everything in place — except a funnel that actually converted. Great offers, real expertise, warm audiences. But the infrastructure connecting all of it was broken, missing, or just not built for their level.

I come in and fix the architecture. The strategy, the copy, the sequence, the tech — all of it working together, finally. If that's what you need, your next step is below.

What my clients say:

Why what you've tried before didn't stick

You're not here because you haven't put in the effort. You've tried. The problem is that most funnel advice is built for a different kind of business — and you've been trying to make it fit yours.

The problem
DIY funnels built from scattered advice.

You followed a YouTube tutorial here, a free template there, a course you never finished. The result is a funnel that looks like it was built by committee — because it was. Nothing connects, and nothing converts.

The problem
Copywriters who didn't understand your offer.

They wrote something polished. It just didn't sound like you, didn't speak to your specific client, and didn't reflect why your approach is actually different. Generic copy produces generic results.

The problem
Tech that was set up but never tested.

The tools were connected — in theory. But no one checked whether the right email goes to the right person at the right time. Broken automations mean broken trust with your leads.

The problem
Strategy sessions with no implementation support.

You paid for someone to tell you what to build. Then you had to figure out how to build it yourself, on top of running your business. The plan sat in a Google Doc and quietly became irrelevant.

The problem
Funnels designed for volume, not high-ticket.

Low-ticket and high-ticket funnels are structurally different. If you're selling a $3K–$10K offer with a funnel built for a $97 course, it won't convert — no matter how good your copy is.

The fix isn't trying harder with the same approach. It's building the right infrastructure from the start — strategy, copy, and tech all aligned.

How it works:

1

Reach out below with a brief overview of where you are and what you're trying to build.

2

We get on a short call to map the scope — what you need, what's already in place, and what we're building from scratch.

3

I put together a proposal with a clear scope, timeline, and investment. No vague retainers, no scope creep.

4

We build. You stay focused on your clients. I handle the architecture, the copy, and the tech — and hand you a funnel that works.

Get In Touch

The things people tell me before they reach out…

And what I'd say back.

"The copy won't sound like me."

This is the number one thing people worry about — and honestly, it's a fair concern. You've probably seen the output when someone just hands their brand to a writer without any real immersion. It comes back sounding polished, generic, and completely disconnected from how you actually talk. That's not how I work. Before I write a single word, I go deep on your voice — your existing content, how you describe your clients' problems, the specific language you use. The copy I deliver sounds like you on your clearest, most confident day. Not like a stranger who read your About page once.

"I've already tried building a funnel. It didn't convert."

A funnel that doesn't convert usually has one of three problems: the strategy is wrong, the copy isn't specific enough, or the tech is broken. Most people patch one of those and hope for the best. What I build is all three, aligned, from the start. If you've already got something in place, we don't start from scratch unnecessarily — we diagnose what's failing and fix it. But we do fix it properly, not just tweak a headline and cross our fingers.

"My business is too relationship-based for a funnel."

I hear this a lot, and I understand why it feels true. You've built your reputation on real relationships, and the idea of automating any part of that feels clinical. But a funnel isn't a replacement for relationships — it's the thing that makes your relationships more efficient. Instead of manually warming up every single lead from zero, your funnel does that first layer of trust-building for you, so that by the time someone reaches you, they already feel like they know you. The relationship continues. You're just not doing all the heavy lifting alone anymore.

"I don't have time to be involved in a big project right now."

You don't need to be. That's the point of hiring someone. I handle the strategy, the writing, and the tech. What I need from you is a clear brief at the start, feedback at a couple of key checkpoints, and your approval before anything goes live. Most clients tell me the process takes significantly less of their time than they expected — and far less than they were spending trying to figure it out themselves.

"I'm not sure I have enough traffic to make a funnel worth it."

Traffic is a separate problem from conversion. A leaky funnel doesn't get better with more traffic — it just loses more people faster. Getting the structure right first means that when you do focus on driving more traffic, the infrastructure is ready to handle it. Most of my clients also find that fixing the funnel helps them get clearer on exactly who they're trying to attract — which makes the traffic problem easier to solve too.

"What if I invest in this and it still doesn't work?"

It's a real question, especially if you've spent money before and not seen results. What I can tell you is this: I don't take on projects I don't believe will move the needle. Before we agree on anything, I'll tell you honestly whether I think a funnel build is the right next step or whether something else needs to happen first. If the Revenue System Audit reveals a different bottleneck — your offer, your pricing, your positioning — I'll say so. I'd rather tell you that upfront than take your money and deliver something that can't perform.

"What does this cost and how long does it take?"

A full funnel build — strategy, copy, email sequence, and tech setup — typically starts at $2,500 depending on scope. Timelines are usually 3–4 weeks from kickoff. I'll give you a clear proposal with exact numbers before anything starts, so there are no surprises. If you're not sure what you need yet, the Revenue System Audit ($297) is the right starting point — it tells us exactly where to focus.
